Pay Rate: Up to $31.25/hr ($65K annually) dependent on applicable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute monthly financial close processes with precision.

· Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.

· Analyze and report financial variances against budget and forecast.

· Prepare and manage three-month financial forecasts.

· Conduct rate analysis and reviews to optimize financial performance.

· Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively across teams.

· Manage the flow of accounting data from remote facilities, ensuring integrity and accuracy.

· Assist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.

· Play a key role in the annual financial budgeting process.

· Provide training to non-financial personnel on internal controls and procedures.

· Take on special projects as assigned, contributing to the company's overall success.

Requirements:

· Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred

· 1 years of accounting experience preferred.

· Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and related accounting systems.
