THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a local non-profit in their search for a highly skilled and experienced Contract TA Specialist to immediately join their HR team for an open-ended contract opportunity! This role will play a critical part in partnering with our client's hiring managers to streamline the screening and selection process and ensure compliance with appropriate and legal hiring practices. This temporary position will start as soon as possible and extend through at least mid-March 2025.
Essential Job Duties :
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand position needs and requirements.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens & virtual interviews with prospective candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and panels as necessary.
- Develop interview guides and evaluation tools to ensure structured and fair assessments.
- Provide coaching to managers on interview techniques and appropriate candidate evaluations.
- Post open positions and manage candidate status updates in ADP recruitment module.
- Assist with sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
- Provide managers with recruitment metrics and reports as needed.
- Support internal promotions and transfers within the organization.
