Start Date : ASAP

Hours : 7 : 30AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM

Pay Rate : $25 - $30 / hr

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven High-Volume Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for production and manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build large candidate pipelines beyond inbound applicants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing & Screening : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards (e.g., Indeed) and other recruitment channels.
• High-Volume Hiring : Recruit for key manufacturing roles such as production workers, meat cutters, and line workers.
• Onsite Engagement : Conduct walk-in interviews, assess candidates, and maintain an active hiring pipeline.
• Hiring Process Management : Facilitate in-person interviews, conduct floor walkthroughs, extend job offers, and oversee drug / physical testing and work authorization verification.
