Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist with experience in the oil and gas industry or familiarity with WellView databases . This role is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining well and operational data to ensure consistency and integrity across company systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of oil and gas data entry processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter, update, and maintain well and operational data in WellView databases and other company systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Work closely with engineers, geologists, and field personnel to ensure accurate data capture.
- Assist in generating reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries as needed.
- Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized and secure manner.
- Support data quality control initiatives by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
