Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies related to onboarding, retention, performance management, and training.
- Oversee and refine HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives to align with industry best practices.
- Manage and administer HR programs, including compensation, benefits, 401(k), leave, and employee relations.
- Conduct workforce trend analysis using HRIS reports and metrics.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, updating policies as needed.
- Stay up to date on HR trends and regulatory changes, providing guidance to leadership on best practices.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and HR initiatives.
- Oversee professional development programs and training for HR staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of five years of HR management experience in a physician practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Candidates must be located in the DMV area and have accessibility to Arlington, VA when needed.
