Job Description:
The Dispatch Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and scheduling field technicians to ensure timely service delivery for various projects, including service calls, retrofits, and new constructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to both internal and external customer inquiries to effectively organize and prioritize technician assignments.
- Optimize technician routing to reduce travel time and enhance service efficiency.
- Track work orders from initiation to completion using relevant software.
- Process billing upon job completion using interactive software.
- Ensure proper allocation of materials to work orders.
- Reconcile technician timesheets with work orders for accuracy.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers based on technician notes and work order status.
- Handle customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Work with the Accounts Receivable team to address any outstanding payment issues.
- Educate customers on available services and products using effective customer service techniques.
- Oversee the Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) program documentation.
- Confirm customer service appointments to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and billing systems.
