Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the document control team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for document-related escalations and client interactions.
- Implement best practices to maintain high-quality document control services.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and approval processes for engineering documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication.
- Monitor team and individual performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving document control issues as they arise.
- Step in for the Document Control Manager when needed.
