ERP Business System Analyst

125K-$155K base
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with ERP experience to provide ongoing support and optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and optimizing the ERP systems to ensure that they meet evolving business needs.
- Support and manage ERP functionalities, ensuring that the system is effectively utilized for budget to pay and maintenance processes.
- Support and manage the ERP, ensuring smooth integration with other systems, workflow automation, and efficient use of mobile apps.
- Provide first-level support to end users in resolving system issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring smooth operation.
- Manage / coordinate second-level support with external System Partner.
- Facilitate training sessions for end users to maximize the effective use of ERP systems.
Develop and update user manuals, FAQs, and other documentation.
Coordinate regular system testing for new modules, features, and updates. Help ensure a smooth rollout of system upgrades and patches.
Ensure data integrity and security within ERP systems by producing regular audit reports for review and compliance verification in accordance with company policies.
Support internal and external audits
Proficient with ERP software and knowledgeable in system configurations, workflows, and integrations

Salary : $125,000 - $155,000
