Job Details
Experience in HR business process implementation, preferably using Paycor, ERP Order management, Inventory, Customer master, AR, AP, GL, processes using NetSuite and CRM customer master and PO processes using Salesforce
The Business Analyst will work as a bridge between the business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring that all system requirements are understood, documented, and met throughout the project.
Application and process analysis of HR(Paycor), ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) practices.
Integration requirements and documentation Solution design and documentation.
BA should be proficient in delivering the following artifacts :
Business Requirements Document (BRD) including Process and Workflow Diagram
Functional Requirements Document (FRD) covering Data Flow Diagram Integration Interface Design and Data Mapping
