Job Description:
The Foreclosure Referrals Processor will be responsible for reviewing and processing foreclosure referrals, working with high-volume caseloads, and utilizing vendor-related software. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and acknowledge foreclosure referrals via client portals, emails, or physical documents.
- Input foreclosure data into internal systems and prioritize deadlines.
- Maintain accurate case records and provide client updates.
- Prepare and organize documents for client approval.
- Coordinate with title companies to obtain necessary reports and verify property details.
- Review title reports and ensure all relevant parties are included in communications.
- Conduct research and follow established procedures for case processing.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding case status and updates.
- Process invoice preparation and ensure accurate data entry.
- Monitor daily reports to track deadlines and follow up on pending items.
- Request additional documentation or verification from clients as needed.
- Facilitate email routing from shared inboxes to appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in foreclosure processing, legal support, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and vendor-related software.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
