Our client is a well-established organization looking to bring on an experienced HR Operations Manager to help oversee day-to-day HR functions, improve operational processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Job Description :

The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing core HR functions including benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations. This role is designed for an experienced HR professional with a strong operational focus who can drive continuous improvements, support a team, and ensure HR systems and processes align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage the HR inbox, delegate tasks to the appropriate team members, and track completion of action items
  • Participate in recruitment and payroll meetings, supporting strategy development and execution
  • Assist with training and development efforts, including coordinating new hire orientations
  • Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and tracking within the HRIS system
  • Provide assistance in employee relations, including policy development, job descriptions, and guidance on HR matters
  • Oversee Leave of Absence (LOA) processes and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to facilitate staffing needs and interview processes
  • Lead and mentor HR team members, ensuring their ongoing development and success
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve overall department efficiency
  • Maintain and update reporting systems (MS Lists) for accurate HR data tracking
  • Build strong relationships with employees and management, providing guidance and support
  • Contribute to compensation planning and overall compliance initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in HR, with a thorough understanding of all core HR functions
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a focus on team development
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, recruitment processes, and employee relations
  • Ability to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with HR technologies and systems, including HRIS
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Additional Details :

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Parking : On-site parking available
  • Work Type : Hybrid (On-site as needed)
