Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll.
- Ensure all timesheets are approved and accurate.
- Attend weekly HR and financial meetings.
- Assist with various HR projects and tasks as needed.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and badging procedures.
- Manage payroll data in a third-party system while maintaining confidentiality.
- Submit weekly prevailing wage reports and assist with monthly union reporting.
- 3 years of payroll experience
- 2 years of HR experience
Salary : $72,800 - $79,040
