Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide outsourced payroll and HR support to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure seamless payroll processing and HR operations, building strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to collect and process new hire documentation, time and attendance records, and payroll data.
- Develop, implement, and maintain client-specific HR policies, handbooks, and procedures tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with client employees and management to ensure accurate and timely payroll and HR processes.
- Utilize UKG Kronos systems to manage human capital management tasks efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and leverage Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
- Conduct occasional client visits to strengthen relationships and provide on-site support (approximately 2 days per month).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an HR Generalist, with a focus on payroll and policy development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in UKG Kronos (required) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building abilities, empathy, and a dynamic personality to maintain strong client connections.
- Additional Experience: Familiarity with diverse employee groups (hourly, salaried, managers, and executives) is a plus.
