Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients in the First Responder space
  • Familiarity selling into City/State/Local gov or similar complex entities
  • Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking, cold calling, email and social media campaigns.
  • Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region.
  • Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
  • Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
  • Provides information, quotes, and other bid specifications to clients.
  • Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepare contracts.
  • Periodically prepares and reports results, the status of accounts, and leads to the manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with personal development and wellness.
  • Discipline in sales and documentation process, target stage reporting and deal status.
  • Some travel


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling B2B.
  • Veteran or former First Responder is a plus.
