What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outbound Sales Representative position at HR Pipeline, LLC?
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains relationships with clients in the First Responder space
- Familiarity selling into City/State/Local gov or similar complex entities
- Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking, cold calling, email and social media campaigns.
- Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region.
- Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
- Provides information, quotes, and other bid specifications to clients.
- Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepare contracts.
- Periodically prepares and reports results, the status of accounts, and leads to the manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
- Experience with personal development and wellness.
- Discipline in sales and documentation process, target stage reporting and deal status.
- Some travel
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience selling B2B.
- Veteran or former First Responder is a plus.
