Job Description :
The HRIS and Benefits Specialist will oversee benefits administration, maintain HRIS data integrity, and provide technical support for system enhancements. The role requires strong analytical abilities, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability, and 401(k).
- Process benefits enrollments, changes, and payroll deductions accurately.
- Review and correct discrepancies in monthly benefit billing and vendor data.
- Provide assistance to employees with benefits questions and resolve access or payment issues.
- Maintain and update benefits data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Generate custom reports and perform regular audits to enhance data quality.
- Support HRIS users with troubleshooting and system requests.
- Collaborate with teams on system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
- Develop and refine HRIS processes to meet evolving business needs.
