In this role, you will support the day-to-day HR operations, manage administrative tasks, and help facilitate HR processes to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, helping to create a positive work environment and support the development of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Support new employee onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on company policies.
- Help manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee questions.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking reviews, goal setting, and feedback documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee training, development programs, and workshops.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as generating reports, preparing correspondence, and maintaining employee files.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year of HR experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Workday Experience (highly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong Organizational skills
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
