Job Description :
The IP Litigation Legal Assistant will support attorneys specializing in intellectual property disputes, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. This role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in managing complex federal court cases, including document preparation, filing, and case tracking.
- Provide administrative support for IP litigation cases, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing case materials.
- Perform legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and PACER, and manage litigation software.
- Collaborate with attorneys on trial preparation, including managing trial exhibits, witnesses, and deadlines.
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
