Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes while maintaining project progress.
- Monitor project performance and report on status, milestones, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or Agile certifications (preferred but not required).
- Scrum Master preferred.
- Experience managing enterprise IT projects such as ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or cybersecurity initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, DevOps, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Ability to drive process improvements and optimize project workflows.
