Work Schedule...
Members of the IT Team are expected to complete 8 hours a day with the majority during normal company business hours, allowing for some flexibility of shifts.
Normal Company business hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Some Flexibility is required as occasional extensions before or after normal company business hours, and weekends may be necessary to meet business needs, but not highly anticipated.

Essential Functions...
- Build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Work closely with the Development team for requirements gathering, testing coordination, stakeholder communication, and scheduling.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of project processes, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and audits.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in software engineering practices.
Minimum Position Requirements...
- High school diploma or equivalent. with...
- 2 years of experience in a Project Management role.
- PMI Certification such as CAPM or PMP, or similar certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability is highly helpful
Work Environment...
This job operates in a professional office environment using typical office equipment (scanners, printers, computers, phones).
Exposure to dust and fumes.
This role occasionally uses simple shop tools including but not limited to screwdrivers, wire cutters, and crimping tools.
Occasionally stand on a ladder and reach behind other equipment in tight-spaced areas.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
The noise level is quiet.
Primarily dominated English-speaking workplace.

Ability to use hand strength and finger dexterity to perform fine manipulations of tool equipment including turning, pressing, twisting, and typing.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English to receive and communicate information for standard and complex operations and emergencies clearly and accurately.
Requires visual acuity to read and write words and numbers and to see in the normal visual range including ability to distinguish colors with or without correction.
