The Landscape Project Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the design and execution of landscape architecture projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout projects
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and regulations
- Coordinate with internal landscape architectural teams and external consultants
- Conduct quality control reviews of drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Lead project teams, providing mentorship and fostering collaboration
- Participate in public meetings and jurisdictional approvals when needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve challenges
- Track financial performance, budgets, and overall project profitability
- 8 years of experience in landscape architecture
- Strong knowledge of the Arizona plant landscape palette
- Experience in all development phases of a project
- Proficiency in CAD software for landscape design
- Strong understanding of landscape regulations, codes, and permitting processes
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
