Landscape Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Landscape Project Manager/Project Coordinator with a strong background in landscape and hardscape construction. The ideal candidate will have experience managing landscape projects from start to finish, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring quality and efficiency in all phases of the project. This full-time position requires a deep understanding of landscape installation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution
• Coordinate and schedule all phases of landscape projects, including inspections and deliveries
• Order materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites
• Conduct project walk-throughs with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Oversee warranty work and follow up on any client concerns
• Provide outstanding customer service to maintain client satisfaction
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful, on-time completion

Desired Qualities & Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of landscape or hardscape project management experience
• Project scheduling qualifications with experience in managing timelines and coordinating multiple tasks
• Experience reading and understanding construction plans and plot plans
• Adequate knowledge of plants, trees, and vegetation specific to the local climate and environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of landscape materials, installation, and construction processes
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and professionally
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient with computers, software, and project management tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check

Working Hours:

• Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
