- Oversee workflow management, resource selection, and vendor relations.
- Approve administrative tasks like timecards, PTO, and invoices.
- Track certifications and lead special projects.
- Develop preventative maintenance schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of management experience.
- Knowledge of maintenance industry and ability to read plans.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Experience with pool and spa maintenance.
- Proficiency in computer systems and fast-paced environments.
- 3-5 years of equipment experience.
