Job Description :
The Customer Care Territory Manager will oversee B2B customer support and full order management life cycle for an assigned territory. This role requires strong communication skills and technical knowledge to assist customers, internal teams, and business partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for an assigned region, collaborating with internal teams and external partners such as sales representatives and distributors.
- Review and validate orders for accuracy in configuration, pricing, shipment schedules, and inventory availability.
- Ensure timely and precise order entry in the ERP system, processing requests within a same-day or next-day timeframe.
- Maintain an organized and updated order log, keeping all stakeholders informed of current statuses.
- Support the sales process by coordinating the needs of end-users, dealers, and representatives.
- Work closely with sales leadership to meet monthly territory forecasting targets.
- Coordinate with the distribution center to ensure timely shipments and proper documentation.
- Partner with the service team to initiate work orders with complete and accurate details.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure invoice accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Adhere to corporate order authorization policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
