Order Entry Specialist
In the role of Outbound Analyzer for Kraft Chemical Company you are at the forefront of ensuring our valued customers get their orders, meeting all the necessary rules and regulations set forth by all applicable governing bodies as well as standards set by the customer. We strive to provide the best-in-class service to our customers, and you are a key player in ensuring this occurs every time.
Location : Lake Zurich, IL.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Pay rate : $20 - 22 per hour
Duties :
Accurate and efficient analyzation of customer orders following all applicable company guidelines
Ensure every order meets all specifications per customer’s request
Report negative findings to management to ensure any corrections needed are made prior to order being loaded on the truck
Properly document all necessary paperwork
Communicate with customers directly as needed to provide all applicable information
Safe handling of chemicals in every application
Check that all products are clean and properly labeled, palletized and wrapped
Apply all necessary PPE required to work with applicable chemicals
Work with the necessary department to ensure proper paperwork is provided to customers as needed
Requirements :
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to respond to requests for assistance and meet commitments.
Extremely strong organizational skills
Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
