- Process orders and paperwork for shipping, maintaining accurate records and communicating shipping requirements to the warehouse team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain contracts and collaborate with Product Managers and Sales personnel to manage product release dates.
- Support assigned Sales staff to meet customer needs, exceeding expectations when possible.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
