Job Description
The Organizational Development Contractor will design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership to align development initiatives with business objectives while integrating Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate team learning sessions and organizational development initiatives
- Assess workforce development needs and create strategic learning plans
- Design and implement leadership development and change management programs
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights on workforce trends
- Support DEIB initiatives and integrate inclusive practices into development programs
- Oversee training needs analysis and develop enterprise-wide training solutions
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage the DEIB program
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and training partners for program execution
- 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Change Management, and Organizational Development
- Industry experience in financial services or banking preferred
- Strong proficiency in LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Moodle)
- Experience with instructional design tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SurveyMonkey)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or IAF Professional Facilitator preferred
- Hybrid work schedule with limited in-office requirements
