- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's vision and business plan, leveraging market insights to guide growth, strengthen brand presence, and represent the company at industry events.
- Sales and Customer Service Management: Implement sales strategies and CRM best practices to boost revenue, retain customers, and form partnerships with key clients.
- Operational & Financial Management: Oversee daily operations, optimize financial performance, and maintain regulatory compliance across all dealership locations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team, promote a positive culture, and drive professional development.
- Inventory & Vendor Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and adjust inventory to meet customer demands.
- Innovation & Market Adaptation: Adopt new technologies and sustainable practices to keep the dealership competitive and environmentally conscious.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in business or automotive management, 10 years in senior management (preferably in automotive or dealership environments), strong negotiation and CRM skills, and a track record in multi-location operations. Up to 50% travel is required
