The Program Manager will oversee biopharmaceutical programs from R&D through large-scale manufacturing, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, project planning, milestone tracking, client communication, and report generation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and facilitating meetings.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project alignment with contractual objectives and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for clients, tracking progress and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on client proposals.
- Communicate updates to executive management and stakeholders.
