Job Description:
The Recruitment Coordinator will serve as a vital link between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates, ensuring the smooth operation of the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with coordination experience who enjoys fast-paced environments and supporting high-volume hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align availability and next steps.
- Manage high-volume outreach efforts via phone and email to candidates.
- Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Utilize Outlook and Microsoft Office tools to maintain communication, organize schedules, and track recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, ideally within recruitment or HR.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.

- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: 2 days per week in-office
