Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temp Recruiting Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting 3-4 recruiters. This role will focus on scheduling interviews, supporting onboarding, and assisting with various recruitment-related tasks. This is a 3-month temporary position with strong potential for an extension.
Location: Fully Remote (Office in Times Square available)
Hourly Rate: $25/hr - $27.75/hr
Hours: 9am - 5pm
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews (both virtual and onsite) across multiple time zones
- Assist with candidate onboarding and documentation
- Provide administrative support to recruiters, ensuring smooth coordination and communication
- Maintain accuracy in scheduling, tracking, and communication
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest solutions
- Foster a positive candidate experience by managing interactions with professionalism and attention to detail
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A process improvement mindset and the ability to identify inefficiencies
Desired Attributes:
- A “roll with the punches” mentality, with the ability to handle shifting priorities gracefully
- Previous experience in CPG, retail, or related industries preferred
