Recruiting Coordinator | High-Growth Tech Firm
We’re partnering with a leading technology-driven organization to find a Recruiting Coordinator — a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Reporting into the Head of Recruiting, the ROG will take ownership of various recruitment workstreams, with responsibilities evolving based on business needs and seasonal hiring cycles. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that touches every stage of the talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for both virtual and onsite interviews
- Manage pre-offer and pre-hire processes, including reference checks, background forms, and candidate documentation
- Draft clear, compelling communications—from job specs to process documentation
- Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows and systems
- Oversee logistics for campus recruiting efforts, including event registration, shipping materials, and job postings
- Provide operational support for the company’s internship program
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar field
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfortable working with platforms such as Greenhouse, Handshake, and other recruiting tools
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
