The Referral Coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming referrals, ensuring accurate data entry, and routing tasks efficiently within the system. This role requires strong attention to detail and experience with Epic.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and enter referral information received via fax into the system.
- Utilize a cloud-based platform to manage and track referrals.
- Assign referrals to the appropriate workflow queue.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely patient processing.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
