Job Title: Regional Director of Sales
Location: Minneapolis, MN - remote w local travel
Pay: $100,000 - 130,000k
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree ideal
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, MUST be in the senior living industry
- 3-5 years as a Regional Sales Manager, directly reporting to an Executive Director or VP of Operations, and experience managing sales across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Master Sales Plan and Community-Specific Sales Process to drive occupancy and meet regional census goals.
- Lead and support sales efforts across Benedictine communities, ensuring occupancy targets are met or exceeded.
- Stay informed on senior living industry trends, market dynamics, sales strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure consistent implementation and compliance with established sales systems and processes across the region.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to monitor trends, assess market conditions, and confirm adherence to systems.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage team members to build and maintain a motivated, high-performing workforce.
