Senior Project Manager – Architecture (Two Openings)

A well-established architecture firm is seeking two Senior Project Managers to join its team. These roles are available due to recent retirements and offer the opportunity to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking firm.

What We’re Looking For

• 12 years of experience in Type 5 wood frame construction for multifamily, hospitality, or senior living projects (ground-up only)
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (registration preferred)
• Familiarity with Bluebeam required; experience with Revit and AutoCAD is a plus

The Role

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously (typically two at a time)
• Mentor and manage a team of 3-4 staff members
• Ensure projects comply with regulatory and client requirements
• Conduct independent reviews and redlining of contract drawings
• Attend public meetings and visit job sites as needed
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful project execution

Work Schedule

• 4x9-hour days half-day Fridays (flexible start time, but must be present by 8:30 AM for meetings)
• Potential for one remote day per week (must be consistent and not on Monday or Friday)
