Our client, a prestigious Chicago organization is seeking an experienced FINANCE Systems professiona l to join their team in this newly created role. Be responsible for the operational management and enhancements of the Finance Planning Systems and data across all business units and corporate FP&A. The individual will design, develop, maintain, monitor, and enhance the performance and functionality of the planning and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals and budgets.
Requirements
Experience :
- Bachelors degree
- 5-7 years in industry or consulting with 2 years emphasis on Financial P lanning Systems
- Experience in implementing and administering a planning system, preference for Vena or Hyperion
- Experience designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Experience with data transformation and dashboard reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Experience in developing and disseminating detailed reports to executives
- Demonstrated Project Management Skills
- Strong Change Management Skills
