Job Summary
We need a Senior Analyst to partner and collaborate with our Finance teams to learn, grow and make a positive difference in the lives of our patients. The Analyst plays a critical role in the ongoing development, testing and maintenance of Finance processes and systems. They will ensure data integrity, develop and generate reports, and provide functional & technical support. Using their analytical and problem-solving skills, the Senior Analyst collaborates with Supply Chain, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operational teams to continuously improve business processes and enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- System Configuration and Administration
- Configure Workday and related systems to meet specific business requirements
- Develop new functionalities and modules to support evolving processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate & complex issues and engage external support teams when necessary.
Business Process Improvement
Identify opportunities and lead efforts for process improvements and automationCollaborate with other teams to implement touchpoint enhancements and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracyData Management and Reporting
Maintain and ensure data accuracy and integrityDevelop and generate standard, ad hoc and composite reports and audits to support Finance and other operational needsIntegration Development
Design and implement integrations between the Finance systems and other internal or third-party systemsEnsure seamless data flow and communication across systemsAssist technical teams in monitoring and error resolution of integrationsSystem Upgrades and Testing
Lead system upgrades and releases, ensuring new features and enhancements are thoroughly communicated, tested and deployed with necessary change management.Drive adoption of new system functionalities and featuresUser Support / System documentation
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for business processesMaintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrationsMaintain user guides, references and documentationSupport end users of the Finance systemsCompliance and Security
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and proceduresPrepare for audits or assessments by providing necessary documentation and reportsMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive dataContinuous Improvement
Stay informed and participate in the latest best practices, user group and community opportunities and other external resourcesPropose and lead continuous improvements to Finance systemsQualifications (minimum requirements) :
Minimum Education Level
Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum Work Experience
3 years experience in Finance systems support and development, preferably with Workday5 years of general experience and familiarity with Finance processes and practicesPreference towards Healthcare industry experience.Experience working with a services and support tool, preferably ServiceNowKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) [Optional]
