Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all system components work together seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

System Design and Development : Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement integrated systems that meet project specifications and requirements.
System Integration : Ensure that all system components, including hardware, software, and networking, are properly integrated and functioning as expected.
Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, test protocols, and user manuals.
Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, working closely with other engineers and clients to resolve problems efficiently.
Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
Compliance and Standards : Ensure that all systems comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering or a related discipline.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in system design and integration.

Experience with software development and scripting (e.g., Python, C , MATLAB).

Knowledge of networking protocols and hardware components.

Familiarity with systems modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB / Simulink, SysML).

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Certifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
