SUMMARY:
The High School Branch Coordinator II serves as the go-to expert on teller and basic MSR functions, products, services, and policies, serving as a knowledgeable resource for various programs and processes for our High School Program students. Beyond internal departmental tasks, such as training, operational procedures, and daily branch balancing, this team must proactively engage with students and faculty to identify marketing opportunities, provide coaching and professional development support. Their multifaceted role encompasses training, relationship cultivation, and operational oversight, reflecting a holistic approach to branch management and community engagement to grow the program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of teller and basic MSR functions, products, services, policies, and procedures. Serve as an expert resource on various programs and processes.
• Answer incoming calls from high school branches in response to account transactions, opening accounts, operational related inquiries, locating and reconciling posting errors and assisting with end of day procedures to balance and close out branches.
• Present a positive and professional image when interacting with high school students, high school faculty/staff, and other credit union members and employees.
• Demonstrate a cooperative attitude when interacting with both members and co-workers.
• Assist with setting up and closing high school branches each school year.
• Assist with preparing and facilitating high school branch training and support.
• Assist with providing year-round support, coaching, and financial literacy presentations to high school students.
• Responsible for increasing knowledge/skills in Excel, Microsoft, and other learning platforms to aid in improving the student experience.
• Process High School Branch Monthly NAVA report.
• Responsible for communicating directly and leading high school locations assigned, which includes setting expectations with assignments, due dates, and being the main source of communication between Addition Financial and the assigned school's representatives.
• Expected to manage and oversee a larger number of high school locations.
• Flexibility with work schedule and hours during projects and for traveling to all High School Branches at least monthly for visits.
• Conduct interviews each school year to select tellers for the upcoming school year to continue to grow the High School program.
• And other department wide projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
• Prefer at least two years of experience in a branch, or High School branch.
• Knowledge/skills in Excel, Microsoft, and other learning platforms to aid in improving the student experience.
