What You Can Expect

- Salary - $85,000
- Work Type – 20 months fixed term contract
Main Responsibilities as a Production Lead
- Manage and guide Production Managers, taking responsibility for clusters or specific production types.
- Assign and clarify production responsibilities within the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and execute strategies for the production and procurement of printed materials and fabricated products, working closely with senior leadership on priorities.
- Identify and collaborate with supply chain partners across various product categories.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules while maintaining effective communication with the client.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to align production workflows with logistics, warehousing, packing, and installation.
- Collaborate with the venue team to select appropriate materials and production methods.
- Define specifications for materials and processes for installing dressing, wayfinding, and signage elements.
- Support sustainability initiatives by ensuring product specifications align with environmental goals.
- Partner with engineers and manufacturers to design and fabricate structures, including prototypes.
- Manage client expectations by delivering clear updates, presentations, and reports.

- Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles, including processes and procedures.
- Expertise in site operations and effective brand execution strategies.
- Experience managing production programs in event settings, with a strong understanding of material types and applications.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve successful outcomes.
- Hands-on project management experience, with a focus on supplier management and production oversight.
- Skilled in operational planning, organization, and problem-solving, particularly in large-scale, multi-sport international events.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Creative thinker with innovative problem-solving skills tailored to client requirements.
- Logical and proactive approach to prioritizing tasks under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Smartsheet, with database experience and Adobe Suite knowledge being advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to the U.S. full-time for the project duration.
