- Mandatory:
- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software applications.
- Strong experience with Clojure and MySQL.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Good to Have:
- Experience with Groovy & Grails.
- AWS infrastructure experience.
- CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Clojure and MySQL.
- Leverage 10 years of software development experience in the IT industry to deliver robust solutions.
- Architect and design systems, sharing examples of your previous work in these areas.
- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Clojure code.
- Ensure high code coverage with unit tests, aiming for more than 80%.
- Utilize 5 years of MySQL experience to manage database-related tasks.
- Work on Agile projects for at least 5 years, with a solid understanding of Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with onshore and client teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering on deadlines.
- Lead knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, documenting and recording all necessary information.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure processes are followed, introducing improvements where needed.
- Document workflows and the codebase to ensure it’s understood by other team members.
- Motivate and coordinate the offshore team, ensuring alignment with requirements and deliverables.
- Experience in Claims Management & Payments domains is a plus.
- Optional but beneficial: Experience with Groovy, Grails, AWS infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
- Engineering Degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc).
- Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable.
