Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure successful program execution
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- NCCAP certification required
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recreation Assistant or Director in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
