Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating - Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for structural steel projects.
- Project Management - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of structural steel construction projects.
- Field Experience - Provide hands-on leadership and supervision on construction sites.
- Client Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring project satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Red Iron structural steel, estimating, field operations, and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Expertise in managing large-scale, complex construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
