Adecco is currently assisting a client, recruiting for Business Analysts in Newark, DE . This is a 4-month hybrid assignment opportunity with starting pay of $ 55.28 / hr.
Responsibilities for the position include :
Develop and maintain complex SAS and SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources.
Create clear and concise reports to communicate findings and actionable insights.
Analyze and interpret data to identify key trends and opportunities that drive business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create innovative analytical solutions.
Assist in defining business requirements and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives by providing data-driven insights.
Required skills for the position :
Proficiency in SAS , SQL , and other analytical tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues in business processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
Strong communication skills to translate complex data into understandable insights for stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data analysis.

Pay Details : $55.28 per hour
