Adecco is hiring immediately for a Customer Service position in York, SC.
Work hours: 8am-5pm.
Pay rate: $16-$18 per hour (depending on experience).
Job Requirements and Skills
We are looking for an individual who is proficient in processing various payment options, loan services, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate should also be able to perform administrative tasks as needed, use a ten-key calculator, and have strong computer skills.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to handle stressful situations objectively, and possess organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Business Development
Solicit business from current customers through phone, mail, and counter solicitations.
Develop new business by recommending our services to friends, family, and former clients.
Delinquency Control
Work with delinquent accounts as directed by management.
Collect past due accounts through written notices and phone calls.
Lending Functions
Take and investigate loan applications.
Prepare loan documents for closing.
Break down loan files and maintain accurate records.
Administrative Functions
Oversee the cash drawer and perform various cash handling tasks.
Process payments, make deposits, and record transactions accurately.
Maintain organized records and file folders.
Contact customers by phone or mail regarding account status.
