Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission VFD systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational specifications.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on VFD systems. Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients regarding VFD systems.
- System Upgrades: Assist in system upgrades and modifications, integrating new technologies and enhancements as required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including system configurations, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting steps.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with VFD systems, including ABB, Siemens, and Rockwell Automation.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, VFD technology, and related components. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and manuals.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
- Certification: Relevant certifications in electrical systems or VFD technology are preferred.
