HELP DESK MANAGER

Olsten Staffing is seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to lead the help desk team located in Florence, South Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The Help Desk manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all help desk activities, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Must maintain an efficient level of technical expertise to resolve copier and printer issues. Provide training and guidance to receptionists and dispatchers to ensure smooth transition from inbound calls through field technician dispatch and ticket resolution.

Daily Operations :

• Answer incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Manage and mentor a team of help desk agents, Providing technical support and guidance for team members to help them resolve printer and copier issues for customers.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction

Oversee all daily help desk operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management Identify areas for process and workflow improvement. Train and develop all help desk employees.

Experience :

• 2 years previous experience as a customer service supervisor. 2 years copier industry preferred. Proven track record, of leadership ability. Call center and our field supervisory roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education : Bachelor's Degree

Pay : $55,000.00 per year

• 25.00 per hour
