- Requirements
- Notary public certification
- Familiarity with Mortgage documents
- Attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.

- Job description
- Organize, compile, and execute mortgage documentation in a fast-paced production environment.
- Extract and sort mortgage document packages into collateral and non-collateral files daily.
- Prepare documents by removing staples and post-it notes for scanning.
- Perform various entry-level tasks, such as receiving, reconciling, tracking, imaging, and retrieving mortgage documents.
- Conduct simple research tasks as needed.
- Potential for advancement to more complex responsibilities based on performance.
- Work effectively in an open team environment and maintain focus on assigned tasks.
