Notary is a requirement.
- Organize / compile / executive mortgage documentation. This is is an entry level, production driven environment.
- Contractors will work in an open area, therefore will need to be able to work well in a team environment and have the ability to concentrate on the task assigned.
The ideal candidate needs to be familiar with mortgage documents, attention to detail, posses time management skills; previous experience in a warehouse environment, knowledge of document imaging, and is punctual in nature. The basic function for this position is extracting and sorting mortgage document packages into collateral and non collateral files on a daily basis. Will be prepping, removing staples, post-it notes off document to be prepared for scanning. Need something that is able to handle multi-task work and flexible to be cross-trained to work in other areas as needed.
Performs various entry level production and support functions including : receiving, reconcilation, tracking, imaging, and retrieval of mortgage documents and correspondence. may be required to perform simple research tasks. In the future this position may be expected to handle more complex responsibilities (those who perform well will be challenged to handle the more complex tasks / duties.) The work will be repetitive.
