What are the responsibilities and job description for the New York Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster position at Adecco US, Inc.?
We’re looking for experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusters with at least 2 years of claims handling experience, in New York regulations . This position is responsible for managing and processing workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate decisions while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. What You’ll Do :
Manage a limited caseload of workers' compensation claims from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with New York workers' compensation laws and filing requirements.
Negotiate claim settlements within your authority.
Communicate clearly with claimants and clients.
Maintain accurate records in the claims system.
Requirements :
2 years of New York workers' compensation claims experience. (REQUIRED)
Knowledge of New York Workers' Compensation Board rules.
Experience with Public Entity claims is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in claims software and Microsoft Office.

Pay Details : $36.00 to $40.00 per hour
