We're looking for experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusters with at least 2 years of claims handling experience, in New York regulations . This position is responsible for managing and processing workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate decisions while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. What You'll Do :
- Manage a limited caseload of workers' compensation claims from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with New York workers' compensation laws and filing requirements.
- Negotiate claim settlements within your authority.
- Communicate clearly with claimants and clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the claims system.

Pay Details : $36.00 to $40.00 per hour
